Cross Play Love Otaku x Punk Vol. 1 - 2
These two morons, these idiots, these absolute buffoons, these cretins, these not very smart people BOTH make much cuter girls than boys. Anyways wow what an incredibly complex, messy book. I think “kid with a case serious of the genders working in a cosplay cafe” has to be one of my favourite genres, right up there with ‘generic isekai’, ‘villainess but yuri’ and ‘idol but with a secret partner’. All great genres imo.
One of the BEST things about this is the main characters do have friends that immediately 100% clock them and just don’t do ANYTHING with that information- it’s just like huh cool I guess my best friend makes a hot girl I’ll leave them alone/watch from afar because this WILL BE funny. That kinda rules heh
Death March to the Parallel World Rhapsody Vol. 1 -2
Isekaied (heart attack) - pretty good. The anime was pretty trashy (also good), I’m surprised by how much effort went into the art on this one. For genre perverts
The Two of Them Are Pretty Much Like This Vol. 3
I think this is probably my favorite ongoing yuri manga at the moment- the day to day life of these two ladies is so pleasant and healing to read about and their work struggles are very real and relatable - and heck I love manga & anime that’s about the manga & anime industry- stories about people working in creative industries give me life, especially when thoes stories have girls kissin girls too.

Vol. 2
Shits getting interesting! Turns out the government has Psychic police - and they think Sasaki’s newfound magical powers are DEFFO psychic powers… which they arnt (its otherworld magic he learned from his pet bird obviously.. you've been keeping notes right?). So now he’s gotta try pretend to be a psychic, keep his magic hidden and keep doing the whole commuter isekai thing. Its neat
Young Ladies don’t Play Fighting Games Vol. 2
idk what else to say - this series is just REAL good and REAL smart about using genre tropes to build something real unique. you should deffo read it, and the bonus pages where the mangaka talks about the development process. just so many big brain plays here imo.

The Faraway Paladin Vol 1-2
isekai bullshit, i remember the anime being kinda ehhh but the light novel is way more interesting, and does a better job of expressing the themes of moving forward and not stagnating - real young adult fantasy stuff you know, btu yeah its a much better piece of work i think. The audiobook is well produced and the narrator is pretty good - its not the worst way to spend an audible credit

As i write this jeff bozo personally came and delivered volume 7 of The Dark History of the Reincarnated Villainess to me SO YEAH TIME TO CRINGE REAL HARD I GUESS - also i still need to start rereading citrus lol.. maybe ill get around to that?
